The flipbook takes the athlete through the theory of how pressure impacts performance and how we can develop the composure to think clearly under pressure. The flip book is supported by a composure development program, that, if worked on, on a daily basis, the athlete can develop the composure skills that can transfer into the competitive environment and enhance the athletes competitiveness
