The flipbook takes the athlete through the theory of how self-confidence is impacted both positively and negatively and what the athlete has to do to build resilient self-confidence. The flip book is supported by a confidence build program that the athlete undertakes on a daily basis, and is packed with exercises to rebuild and sustain lost confidence and to help improve performances in the competitive environment
